Moving right along, our experience today was chocolate cake! Michael (16) made one of his favorite scratch recipes (no box mixes for him). Today was a good day for sun cooking. The oven quickly heated to 400. We set the stove timer in the house for 35 min. One suggestion would be to encourage the kids to not play with the dog near the oven. Sophie happened to bump the oven. Take note of the cavity in the cake. However, the result was a very moist and delicious cake!
